What would you do if you had a son, neighbor, friend,
or nephew that decided he doesn't want to serve a mission?
He is a worthy, active young man according to his Bishop,
he just doesn't want to go on a mission.
Does this mean he is "Bad"?
Does this mean he's not "Worthy" to date your daughter?
Is this a characteristic of how he will serve in the church? Of how he will be as a Father? As a Husband?
